| Frequently Asked Questions
Q:
You said there
was a problem with your vinyl supplier that
were causing delayed shipping, is that issue
fixed so that I can order my faces?
A:
Yes, we are glad to say
that the issues with our vinyl supplier have
been remedied. We have gone to having 2 suppliers
making identical products to make sure the supply
of our gauge faces is always on a "in
stock" basis. This was done to
make sure that you will always get your product.
With that said, we STRONGLY recommend that you
never disassemble your gauges before receiving
the ordered parts.
Q:
I call but there
is no answer?
A:
First make sure that you
are calling within business hours. We are very
busy at times and all of the incoming phone
calls go to my personal cell. Please remember
I like you need down time too. I always try
to call back everyone. If you no one has contacted
you please feel free to call again. Occasionally
call backs are missed. If you call with just
a "This is XXXX, this is my number, call
me, chances are high that call will not be returned.
I have to know 1. what you are calling about,
2. your name (this is helpful when I call back),
3. Best time to reach you. If we do not know
what you are calling about we can not possibly
be prepared to return your call properly.
Q:
Are your parts
tested?
A:
All of our electrical
components are tested before they are made available
for sale. On parts like CDI units these are
checked with a known good running bike to verify
as there is no test sequence for a CDI module.
Q:
Are big
parts like motors ok to pick up if I am in the
area?
A:
Definitely, we
actually prefer that you make arrangements to
pickup the motor. We will always help you load
your parts if needed.
Q:
When I
am purchasing a motorcycle from you what will
expect?
A:
We do our best
to make sure that a bike is completely inspected
so that you know exactly what you are getting
when you are purchasing it. A complete running
bike from us will always has brand new plugs,
the oil changed, and all of the needed adjustments
where possible. When you come to pick up your
bike we want you to know what you are getting
in every way. No one is allowed to leave with
second guesses on the condition of the bike
they are buying from us.
Q:
When I
ordered a part from you the shipping was a little
slow, what gives?
A:
We are not perfect
here. We do however try our best to make sure
that parts do ship as fast as possible. On occasion
things do get crossed. We do our best to make
sure that no part waits longer than 2 days to
ship to make sure you get your parts as fast
as possible.
